Executive function/task breakdown for FMBR
- Chairman of the Board
- Arrange for and lead FMBR Board meetings
- Receive project proposals and coordinate their analysis and the disposition decision
- Conduct planning operations
- Chief Operations Officer
- Lead FMBR operations
- Arrange for FMBR member meetings and lead same
- Be a spokesman for FMBR

- Plan for speakers
- Check on speakers equipment needs, and communicate these to meeting coordinator

- Arrange for and monitor video &/or audio taping of meetings

- Coordinate contents of FMBR web presence

1. Presenter coordination
1. Coordinate with presenter and Board dates and time of workshop
2. Discuss with presenter how time of workshop is to be broken up.
3. Plan needed room setup with presenter
4. Check with presenter re. any additional tools, white board, paper, pens, books, recording equipment
2. Advertising coordination
1. Plan, create and distribute advertising info re workshop
2. Coordinate needed publicity, with Communications Coordinator, Web coordinator,& others as needed.
3. Planning Coordination
1. Sign up needed room space
2. Get key
3 Create sign-up sheet with participants info: address, phone #, email, membership info, payment amount and type(check, cash, paypal), how did they hear about us.
4. Room Coordination
1. Unlock and lock up meeting room
2. Bring and/or setup audio/visual equipment as needed
3. Setup and arrange chairs and tables as needed
4. Create and put up and take down signs for meeting
5. Create maps showing local convenient parking and restaurants
6. Plan and set up table for presenters books, videos, etc.
7. Sign participants in and collect any payments and necessary info
8. Take down equipment and return room to original condition
5. Refreshment coordination
1. Plan refreshments, if any
2. Arrange for setup and running of refreshment booth/table
6. Assure maintenance and repair of FMBR equipment ( after observation of what was used)
7. After each workshop, the Coordinator shall assure that a full report of income and expenses is made,
along with comments on how the workshop went ( as an aid to future planning).

- Work with editorial writer(s), and receive editorial

- Get additional envelopes printed as requested ( return and address )

- Transmit final formatted newsletter to printer
- Assure up all parts of printed jobs are taken to the mailing party
