POTENTIAL INFLUENZA PANDEMIC

Most of you have been reading in the newspapers or seeing on TV reports about the continuing spread of Asia avian flu and the concern that it could become an efficient transmitter among humans. Dr. Phillip A. Sharp of MIT states in the Oct. 7th issue of Science that "Influenza is highly infectious, and a new strain could spread around the world in a matter of months, if not weeks." FMBR has> therefore put on its web site a page of links plus other information on what an Influenza Pandemic is and what you can do. On the site there is an introductory article on the possible pandemic. There is also a link (http://www.fmbr.org/flu- 05.htm) to an excellent 24 page report by Grattan Woodson, M.D. In addition we provide a link to information from the National Center for Homeopathy discussing their research into the use of this energy/information approach to the flu. On November 17th the Smart Life Forum will be holding a "Roundtable on How to Prepare for the Avian (Bird) Flu" at the Cubberly Center in Palo Alto. For additional information go to http://smartlifeforum.org.
