Bill Gough has over thirty years of management experience in scientific research and development
in energy, physics and basic science programs. He obtained his BS and MS degrees in electrical
engineering from Princeton University and did advanced work at Harvard University. Since 1988
he has pursued full time his study of the science of consciousness. Prior to this, he was Fusion
Power Manager at the Electric Power Research Institute, and later the Director, DOE Stanford
Site Office responsible for the high energy physics and synchrotron radiation research at the
Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. His published works appear in many books and journals
including Scientific American, the Environmental Engineer's Handbook,
Proceedings of the American Power Conference, Subtle Energies & Energy Medicine,
and the Journal of Religion and Psychical Research.

Jerry has spent 40 years in the health care/pharmaceutical/diagnostic/biotechnology areas. In 2006, Jerry co-founded and is President/CEO of Nuvora, an oral care company with products in the market for the dental profession and for consumers. In 2009, Jerry co-founded and is Chairman of Livionex, a company in clinical trials with a drug for improving vision in persons with cataracts. .In 1993, Jerry co-founded and was President/CEO of Oculex Pharmaceuticals and oversaw its successful start-up which eventually led to the acquisition by Allergan. The company developed the technology for controlled release delivery of drugs to the interior of the eye, specifically to treat macular edema. Prior to forming Oculex, Jerry co-founded his first company, ChemTrak, developers of the home cholesterol test commonly available in drug stores today. Jerry successfully took the company public and ventured on to form Oculex. |
Judy holds a bachelor's degree in Genetics from the University of California
at Davis. She spent 11 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, first
as a research biologist on diabetes, primary pulmonary hypertension and
atherosclerosis. From basic research, she moved into clinical research,
where she worked as part of a team to design, plan and implement various
world-wide clinical research trials in the field of cardiology.

Mary has an interest in body-mind and complementary healing for many years since studying Silva Method in the late 60's. She worked 26 years as a holistic health practitioner combining intuitive bodywork and hypnotherapy. Having experienced multiple near-deaths and after-life communication, she has been drawn to the research and understanding of anomalous phenomena. |
Tiffany Schneider, PhD brings expertise in research methodology and energy medicine to the FMBR.
She was awarded her doctorate from the University of London where she remained as a Research Fellow.
Her area of expertise is the design and implementation of outcome studies in clinical practice.
During her 12 years in London she studied the interdependence of people's health and quality of life
with the mechanics and qualities of "subtle energy".

Edie Fischer, MS is a Research Psychologist, formerly on NASA, Ames Research Center, currently CEO of FMBR. She has designed a Pilot Study which has been running since June, 2006, to study the effectiveness of Michael Barclay’s work with tropical Hurricanes in the Atlantic-Caribbean Sea-Gulf of Mexico, as defined by the National Weather Service. The Study has been sponsored by FMBR, and supported by private Donors. |

Ken was born in California. He has lived all life in CA except for about 7 years in Portland, OR and 4 years in the Air Force.
In the Air Force, Ken experienced living through out the United States.
First he was in New England, then in the Denver area, and finally in northern Texas.

Austin retired from 25-years at Hewlett-Packard after being Manager of Corporate Planning & Economic Forecasting.
From Chicago originally, he has both a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's in
Business & Engineering Administration from M.I.T.
