THIS MEETING IS ON THE THIRD FRIDAY

Get a Quantum Jump into the Quantum Age†

Cynthia Sue Larson†presents a radical new paradigm: that we exist in an interconnected holographic multiverse in which we literally jump from one parallel universe to another. At the dawn of this new Quantum Revolution, a majority of physicists surveyed assert that you and I and every physical thing exists in a superposition of states, meaning there are many possible you's! The premise of quantum jumps is that it's possible for you to make jump to a reality you will enjoy. Recent studies in psychology, biology, and physics show positive results for those who "fake it 'til they make it." In a moment you can become smarter... more confident... happier... more outgoing... more effective... in better relationships... with more willpower.

TIME: Friday, 7:30 p.m., AUGUST 15, 2014
PLACE: Unity Community Church – Y.E.S. Hall, 3391 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto

Choose Your Identity Jumping into the Quantum Age

In this experiential workshop, Cynthia Sue Larson will be your guide as you explore what quantum jumps are, who experiences them, how often they happen, and how to experience the most enjoyable types of quantum jumps in your life.† Quantum jumping is something most people can do, and you're sure to have fun learning what it means to†live in a "superposition of states." In this workshop you'll hear some good quantum jump success stories, and discover why some people are better at experiencing quantum jumps than others, and how you can master the steps required to make quantum jumps in your life. You'll learn some simple, fast, inexpensive ways you can immediately become measurably smarter, more confident, happier, in better relationships with more willpower in this fun hands-on class based heavily on successful laboratory-tested findings. Notes on the Rainbow Body Phenomenon
Jerry Gin

At the last Living Life Expo, I took some notes from David Wilcock's presentation describing the very fascinating Rainbow Body phenomenon.  IONS (Institute of Noetic Sciences) commissioned Father Francis Tiso to observe and witness the Rainbow Body phenomenon in Tibet.  Father Tiso met Khenpo A-Chos who knew when he was to die.  Khenpo A-Chos instructed the people in his monastery to wrap him up.  His body then became younger in appearance, as viewed through the wrapping, and in 7 days had shrunk to inches in size with light being emitted and rainbows appearing in and around the building.  This was witnessed by Father Tiso and the Chinese military.  The Rainbow Body phenomenon is real.

In 2005, Achuk Lama Rinpoche's ascension to the Rainbow Body was witnessed by 100,000 persons.  In his ascension, he materialized a lotus flower below his wrapped body.  He similarly shrunk to a 1 inch size, with radiation of light and rainbows.  During his life, he was able to create "miracles" such as leaving his footprint and handprint in rock, manifesting statures in the air, discover and download, from memory, termas (lengthy documents), and stay under water for days.

Padmasambhava (also called Guru Rinpoche) initiated the Rainbow Body ascension in the 8th century.  He brought Buddhism from India to China. He could fly, bilocate, levitate, perform telekinesis and heal.  When Padmasambhava died, he burst into light immediately(i.e., it did not take 7 days).  He trained his followers to achieve the state of Dzogchen through the practice of Trekcho, and eventually practice Togal to achieve cosmic consciousness.  160,000 Followers of the practice have achieved the Rainbow Body.

The first step is achieving the state of Dzogchen - the natural, primordial, timeless clarity as our state of being and the nature of the universe.  This state has no form and yet it is capable of perceiving, experiencing, reflecting and expressing all form.  It does so without being affected by those forms in any ultimate, permanent way.  The state is like a mirror which reflects with complete openness, but is not affected by the reflections (visualize your mind is like a mirror all around you and understand it is all you).  This understanding is called rigpa (becoming aware of God consciousness).

The practice to achieve Dzogchen is called Trekcho.  Trekcho is an advanced practice that is the fastest way to achieve rigpa.  The practice of Trekcho is analogous to a knife which releases and cuts through all one's tensions and rigidities.  One masters the art of contemplation and visualization to achieve a state of Unity Consciousness.  In the process, one purifies the self of all falsehood.  One witnesses, forgives and dissolves all karma and achieves the state of Samadhi.

The final practice  after Trecho is Togal.  Togal is becoming the essence of All That Is (becoming the Universe).  All blockages, karmas, and thoughts are cleared.  One's identity shifts to Cosmic Awareness.  The physical body dissolves into pure light, becoming the Wisdom Body or Rainbow Body.

AUGUST 2014

Movie Night Returns

Back by popular demand! This month again, we will be watching and discussing Nassim Haramein's, "Crossing the Event Horizon." At 7PM on Wednesday, August 20 †we will view DVD 3:"Everything is a Black Whole." Please RSVP by Email to for address and directions.

Nassim Haramein's lifelong journey into the geometry of space-time has lead to a coherent understanding of the structure of the universe. In the "Crossing the Event Horizon" DVDs, Nassim will take you on a journey through humanity's evolution, exposing the changes necessary to produce an all-encompassing Unified Physics; a unification of not only the four forces of nature, but also evolution and the occurrence of consciousness. Demonstrating the parallels between this theory and ancient codes found in documents and monuments, Nassim weaves a tale which may prove to be one of the most important discoveries of our time. The "Crossing the Event Horizon" set documents one of Nassim's workshop symposiums and includes several DVD bonus features.

I-ASC/FMBR Study:
Transformative Practice for Relief of Migraine Headaches
Using The Bodyscapes Technique.

This is a joint collaboration between I-ASC/FMBR and the Red & Orange House Foundation. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of The Bodyscapes Technique to relieve pain and improve the emotional health and overall quality of life for people who experience migraine headaches. The study will examine the effectiveness of the technique's to help participants to heal themselves by developing a practice of mindful creative self-inquiry.

My Skull Worries, Dizzy by Program Participant, a 45 year old woman living with migraines. Her poem describes the subtler feelings she uncovered regarding the disappointment filling her spirit while living with migraine pain full in her head. 'My shull where my aptitude juts out, worries. The dizzy capable of being seen, interrupts. Pulsating contractions, putting out the person commanding, not strong, not robust, easily broken. Resolute will shaking in pulsating thought." A full description of this Bodyscrapes session can be read on the Red & Orange House website. redandorangehouse.com/2014/05/04/migraine-my-skull-worries-dizzy/

Six migraine sufferers will participate in the study. They will participate in two half-day Bodyscapes sessions. Participants will be lead into the state similar to that of the artist. An expressive writing exercise will occur followed by a drawing exercise. The expressive writing exercise and the drawing exercise will be linked, both requiring the participants to retain the altered state of the artist. The goal is to achieve self healing to ease pain and access self discovery to better cope while living with migraines. At the end of the session, participants will be taught and instructed to use the self guided Bodyscapes Re-Engagement Technique to relieve pain at the early stages of a migraine should they have one over the following month. †

There will be a small fee of $30 for participants which will cover the basic cost of room and art material. The study will be performed over two consecutive half days. Our proposed date is will be in the fall, date to be set later.

If you have interest in participating in the Study please send an email with your contact information addressed to:†
